Welcome to Synsite. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or ordering custom web design and development services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Services Offered

Synsite provides professional custom web design, web development, landing pages, and UI/UX design services. We also offer a "SynPreview™" free homepage demo for qualified prospective clients.

2. User Representations and Account Security

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registrations or quote inquiries.
  • Maintain the security of your temporary client portal password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Use the website and our delivered assets in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Billing and Payment Terms

All pricing listed on the payment portal is subject to change based on project scope modifications. Invoices are generated with tax/GST breakdowns where applicable. Payments are processed securely via our gateway partner, Razorpay. Payment schedules (deposit, milestones, and final balance) must be adhered to before final source codes and domains are handed over.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all design structures, custom illustrations, site layout codes, and styling systems created by Synsite remain our intellectual property until the final invoice is paid in full. Upon full payment receipt, all rights, source codes, and assets specific to your custom website project are transferred to you (the client).

5. Limitation of Liability

Synsite, its partners, and developers will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our delivered web services, including service downtime or loss of business data.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India for the resolution of any disputes.
