Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Synsite, we strive to ensure that all of our custom website design and development clients are wowed by their final product. Because our services involve digital design work, source code development, and bespoke customizations, our refund and cancellation policy parameters are detailed below.

1. SynPreview™ Free Demos

All SynPreview™ custom homepage mockups and demo sites are provided completely free of charge. No payment is collected for this step, and therefore no refunds are applicable.

2. Project Cancellation

You can request to cancel your custom web project at any stage:

• Before Project Kickoff: If you cancel your order before design or development research begins, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of any deposit payment.
• Active Phase: Once project kickoff occurs (wireframes completed, layouts designed, or code development initiated), refund amounts are assessed pro-rata based on the development milestones completed.
• Completed Milestones: Once a design milestone is approved or a complete page set is developed and deployed, payments for that milestone are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Fees associated with domain name purchases, third-party hosting server setups, premium plugins/API integrations, or security certificate (SSL) configurations completed on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

If a refund is approved by our billing and project management team, the transaction will be initiated immediately. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original source of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) via our secure payment gateway Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
